No. to watch the live video you do not need to register an account. However, an account is required if you would like to further proceed to purchase a product.

Okaybuy will not use personal data that user provides to us in a manner inconsistent with the purposes for which user provide to Okaybuy. For more information, please refer the term and condition that provided by Okaybuy.

Click on to the Profile section at the top right corner of okaybuy.asia web page, go to the Dashboard section and change your password at the related section provided.
6. What do I do if I forget my password?
Click forget password from the log in and sign up page, fill in your registered email and then go to your email inbox for a password reset. If you do not receive the email sent buy us, please do check on your spam/junk folder as well.
7. Can I access Okaybuy on multiple devices?
Yes. We do not limit our user on accessing to okaybuy.asia on multiple devices.
8. Can I become a member or a VIP of a particular shop?
Yes. There will be 3 classification of members in okaybuy.asia, which are normal member, advanced member and a premium member. The system will automatically classify you into different membership according to the amount you spent on okaybuy.asia.
9. How do I delete my Okaybuy account?
We do not delete user account. However, if you would wish to deactivate your account, please contact our customer service officer through our helpline.

Look for the product code provided by the seller. Type the product code on the comment section. A checkout link will then be sent to the user inbox messenger. Click on to the link, and it will direct you to the Okaybuy checkout cart.
2. How do I make a payment? What payment methods are supported by Okaybuy? How can I ensure that my payment made is successful?
In Okaybuy we use IPAY88, a secured payment gateway service provider. The payment method includes credit and debit card (master and visa), FPX online banking and E-Wallet (Boost and Touch N’ Go). Once the payment is done, a receipt showing the payment status will be generated.
3. Can I view my orders history?
Yes. You may review your purchasing history from the Dashboard.
4. The live video has ended. How can I purchase the products mentioned in it?
You may find the product in the seller’s virtual shop at okaybuy.asia or just search the product keyword in our search engine to view the other seller’s similar product.
5. Can I cancel my order after the payment is made?
No. You may only return or apply for a refund if you received a faulty item. If you received your order in the wrong product size/colour/type, kindly contact the seller personally.
